CONCEPT

One of the purposes of a rehabilitation center is to have “unity” in order to function correctly and effectively. This proposed project is inspired by synergy. This symbol has different meanings that affect the healing process of drug dependents—health, education, livelihood, peace and governance, and interconnection.

The “dragonfly,” in almost every part of the world, symbolizes change in the perspective of self-realization, and the kind of change that starts in mental and emotional maturity and the understanding of the deeper meaning of life.

The stilt building concept was applied to this project to maximize space and to avoid a large building footprint. This is to provide more landscapes and spaces for the recreation of drug dependents and to allow cool air to pass through easily.
