Adaptive reuse is the opportunity to create a sustainable and innovative design by giving new life to old structures. The old Paco station was given new life as a commercial center while preserving the history of Paco through murals and architectural features.

The lot extension will be the new PNR line that will connect to the LRT. This will increase accessibility to the site. The opening of the Skyway new routing will increase traffic.
