We shape the spaces then the spaces shape us. “Kapitbahayan” is a reflection of this environmental psychology of design where the natural environment, human health and built spaces have a symbiotic relationship with each other. The physical environment where we live drastically influences us on a macro and micro scale. It affects the way we live, act, think and feel. This hybrid recreational-rehabilitation resort is situated in Brgy. Bagong Kalsada, Calamba, Laguna, serve as an interconnected community for older people and for leisure of family.
