CONCEPT

Agape ning Alaya, a retirement and recreational resort community is designed in the concept of tropical architecture as a symbol of fresh beginnings for seniors, who are the project's end-users who typically, start a new life of relaxation after years of working, in contrast to the misconception that retirement is a finite period of time that is quickly coming to an end. The purpose of this project is not only to serve the elderly people a retirement home, but also guide them in achieving a healthier body and lifestyle suitable for their needs. The resort community offers various amenities and activities for the physical, mental, spiritual and social needs of the residents which includes recreational workshops,courtyard sports, gym, ecumenical chapel, jogging and biking paths, swimming pool, spa, library, billiards, healthy local cuisine, community farming, fishing, and medical facilities that will ensure and monitor the health status of every resident.
