PAHINGAHAN’s design places strong emphasis on the customs and cultures of the Palawan ethnic groups, expressed through their handicrafts and other defining features. Tropical design elements and ergonomic measures are incorporated to enhance comfort and ambiance. As the world changes, the design strategy adapts to offer advanced development that encourages continuous environmental adaptation.

The holistic design primarily addresses the needs and desires of the elderly while enhancing Palawan’s rich nature, culture, and people. This retirement community integrates future-proofing to encourage retirees to find shelter and comfort in a calming environment, aiming to improve their well-being and lifestyle by providing spaces for leisure and relaxation.
