CONCEPT

Kawayang Habi, the tying concept that gave direction to the development, was derived from two main inspirations – the location’s name “Bocaue” and the cultural context of the municipality. The Municipality of Bocaue, Bulacan was named after “bukawé”, a type of bamboo locally abundant around the area and hence, “Kawayang”; “Habi”, on the other hand, was derived from the visionary direction of the project which aims to “weave” the diverse culture within the municipality into a cohesive design in the form of a Central Market.
