CONCEPT
The PULSO Recreational Center (from pulse) is envisioned as a dynamic green space that embodies the heartbeat of community life. More than a park, it will be a living, sensory-rich hub where body, mind, and spirit are nurtured. Designed to foster well-being, creativity, and human connection, Pulso will feature playful areas, cultural activities, community gardens, and natural elements such as indigenous plants and water features. It will serve as both sanctuary and gathering place—a symphony of sights, sounds, scents, and experiences that celebrate culture, nature, and the vibrant rhythm of life.
